Ordered online and my sandwich was missing the avocado spread. I called and they immediately took responsibility and remade it, no hesitation. When I picked it up, it was ready, the guy was super kind and well spoken, and he even added extra avocado plus chips! I was this close 🤏🏻 to scraping the roof of my mouth off on a Subway sandwich, but Jimmy John’s came in clutch. Customer service absolutely outdid itself. ✨️

I'm a bit of a JJs enthusiast. I visited this location in the drive thru today. Ordered a 12, TBO, +PEP +O&V. Very friendly service by the order taker and the team member that greeted me at the window. Sandwich was on point. They made sure to check if I was a rewards member (😏 of course I am). It was standout visit. So much so i considered pulling back around to go inside to give my appreciation. Unfortunately, there is construction in front of the restaurant so i decided to drop a review. Well done 👏

*clean lobby
*friendly staff
*quick service
Here is what disappointed us:
*no holiday cookie(12 days till Christmas)
*sandwich is pitiful
*charged full price;received subpar sandwichs
We won't be back based on this visit alone.
Spend your dollars elsewhere if value matters.

Placed an order on line and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. I had to stood and waited at the register for about 5 minutes, watching everyone talk and move around, before someone acknowledged and ask if I needed anything. I told them that I needed to pay for my order. As that person finally walked over, another person asked if I needed anything. I took me longer to pay for it than it took me to drive there.
