Staff wouldn't listen to anything we wanted so disappointed in food and service was rude. JJ used to be my favorite but not anymore they've gone downhill some and this is worst location I've been to.

I ordered a single 8” sandwich. It took over an hour for it to get to my house. This would have been so much easier if there was more communication. The time it takes to get from my house to there is around 10 minutes. The drive itself took 40. I will not stop ordering from here, but this was unacceptable.
