  Had a couple of bad experiences. One was a scary situation where a driver complained that he did not receive a tip at my door (I thought I tipped him). I said to leave the bag at the door on the app and pretty sure I told him not to knock as well. He did none of what I asked but knocked and stood at the door then called me and said he was here, pretty dure I said leave the bag at the door then he abruptly said, "Oh, I just didn't know you'd want to tip me" or something along those lines and before I could say anything he hung up and left. I thought I tipped him. Recently, there was a bug in my sandwich with hardly any toppings inside. I called and spoke to someone and all he said wss thanks for letting him, but he did nothing to resolve my isssue - no refund. I didn't est the sandwich or the other items, just threw them away. I'm still shocked at seeing the bugs' attennas smeared inside the sandwich.

  Ordered food over 2.5 hours ago and still no food!! This is very unprofessional and they dont even call you and give you any type of updates!!

  The delivery driver pulled out in front of oncoming traffic nearly causing an accident. He thought it was hilarious.

  Staff wouldn't listen to anything we wanted so disappointed in food and service was rude. JJ used to be my favorite but not anymore they've gone downhill some and this is worst location I've been to.

  Food is good plus the employee working drive-thru answered all my questions, even had to consult with another employee but still managed to answer all my questions without an attitude... great job
