- BABreenna A2 days ago1.0Service is so freaking slow, no matter how you place an order (including a time slot for mobile pickup-over 10 minutes late). The parking lot/drive thru barely function and it's only going to get worse when the pizza place opens. We've ordered three times and nothing ever tastes like coffee, just a plain cup of milk. Order a golden eagle...tastes like milk. Order a candy cane mocha...no peppermint, just chocolate milk. Caramelizer...you guessed it.. tastes like milk.

The last straw was when I ordered a salted caramel latte with extra caramel drizzle add whipped cream, and it tasted nothing like salted caramel. It tasted like straight espresso water and the entire bottom had espresso granules floating on bottom. I tried calling the store to see if maybe it was just made incorrectly since they haven’t been open that long but all I get is the like hotline so I decided to just finally leave a review. Maybe in the future I will try it again, but right now I’ll stick to McDonald’s caramel lattes. Or Starbucks.

They asked if I have ever tried a Golden Eagle, and when I said no, they asked me if I wanted one! Now that is going above and beyond for your customers. Plus, the first Wednesday of the month they give free stickers! 🥳

We stopped by today to thank him and see if we could buy him lunch. He declined, and said he was just glad to help. We had a nice conversation while we were in line. Jose is a gem and we appreciate him so much. Always a great experience at Dutch Bros!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
