- LTLed Tasso4 days ago2.0Being from Oregon I was excited for Dutch to branch out but this location is painfully slow I’ve visited this location several times. I’ve never been in line under 30 minutes. I had a barista be sassy to me because I left the drive thru line and went to the pick up window for my hot coffee that I was in line over 30 minutes for. I’ve watched other Dutch locations no bigger than a horse trailer sling coffee so much faster .

It took a good 10-12 minutes to get to the window for being car #4 in line. We got there early so we could get a wonderful drink and get to our destination early. It's good we were early because it was longer than usual to get one drink. No worries, things happen. We still had decent service and a delicious drink and still made it on time.

We were in line for over 45 minutes for 3 drinks. Their was a woman that came out to take our order on a tablet with 2 cars ahead of us and we paid. When we got to the window they said they didn't have our order, they made them after that so we waited even longer.

The drinks are the best and I always recommend a blended double torture 🤤 But this Dutch Bros does not live up to the hype of all the other ones I’ve been to. Usually the music is up, the vibes are up, the staff asks you about your day, gives you compliments, it’s usually a really fun experience. I’ve waited a while to review to give them a chance, but after waiting in line over 30 minutes several times, idk how much more of a chance I can give them. At every other location both lanes are utilized, not this one though. At every other location, staff are outside ready to get your order, and when it’s cold, like in Colorado, they stay inside and every so often come out to still take orders and keep the traffic flowing. These poor workers need better management.
- JTJon TaylorDec 22, 20251.0My wife and daughter got drinks here on 12-19-2025 shortly after drinking they both ended up sick with food poisoning. This was confirmed by her doctor which she had to see due to recently within the week having a major surgery. They had concerns if it got worse that she would have to be readmitted due to possible issues it would cause. Since then, reached out back and forth with customer care team and it has led to nothing but excuses. From them and also the contact email they give doesn't work had to access thru the site to get an email to contact. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't take the chance. Maybe this will get me the contact call they keep saying they are going to do.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
