  I had 3 cars in front of me and spent 30 minutes in the drive thru because they don’t take orders through the speaker and took all orders at the window. This has happened 2x in a row. I won’t be back.

  Don’t bother if you actually want your coffee. Sat in line for 40 minutes only for them to say they didn’t have my online order at the window after I confirmed it with the guy outside in line. They weren’t even apologetic when I said to forget it because I didn’t have time to wait even longer to have them make my coffee that should have been ready ages ago.

  I am so disappointed! Also to the Dutch Brothers team asking everyone to fill out a survey, don't bother asking me, you can read my dissatisfaction in this post, it will only further my will to NEVER come back! I lived in Oregon and know exactly how Dutch Bros run there! They are fast, friendly, accommodating and delicious! The one here in Evansville is HORRIBLE! Slow, rude, not tasty and certainly not accommodating as the app doesn't allow sugar free substitutions nor milk substitutions rendering it as worthless as my ex-husband. I've tried 3 times now and each experience worse than the last, plus y'all never have stickers! I recommend everyone scoot on down to Scooters (they are cheaper too)

  I came from California and had high expectations for Dutch Bros. They did not dissapoint, I waited maybe 5 minutes total. The people were really friendly as well. My ONLY suggestion would be to put up a sign so people know to pull to the window when there isn't anyone outside taking orders. So happy that y'all are finally in Evansville!

  Great service and the vibe of everyone inside was great! It was kinda busy but what would you expect on a holiday weekend/weekday? The only thing I have an issue with (and keeping me from giving 5 stars) was just two girls went in (assuming they worked there) to make themselves drinks despite the fact that they saw how long the line was and just went in and made themselves drinks. One introduced the other as her sister to the rest of the staff while the staff was busy trying to make drinks. Like there was a whole line behind me when this happened and I thought they were going in to work but nah. And some of us in line watching these girls go in then come out after like 2 minutes with drinks we’ve been waiting 7+ minutes for is ridiculous. At least that’s how I felt watching them go in then leave with drinks they made while I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes and watched them the whole time through the window. I just hope that these people aren’t in any position of leadership if they do that because that’s ridiculous and sets a terrible example for all the other people there Aside from that, the Dutch Bros staff that was working this afternoon were phenomenal! Definitely will try to come back when I get the chance!
