However, this time, the pizza arrived looking completely unappetizing and, quite frankly, not edible. I've attached a photo for reference. Upon calling to address the issue, I spoke with the manager who insisted that the pizza was made exactly as it should be. However, I’ve ordered this pizza over 50 times, and never once has it looked anything like the one, we received. It appeared to have an excessive amount of cheese on a thin crust, making it unbalanced and overly greasy. I expressed my concerns to the manager, who argued with me and while he offered to remake the pizza, he assured me it would look exactly the same. I declined, as we had already paid for the pizza and didn’t want to waste any more food. However, I was hoping to get some clarity: if this is indeed the “correct” way to make the pizza, why does the online picture and our previous orders look so different? As a local business that regularly orders lunch from Domino’s, this experience has unfortunately led us to reconsider our future orders. We’ve always been satisfied with your service, but this particular interaction has been very disappointing. I hope you can understand our frustration, and we would appreciate any feedback or resolution regarding this issue.
