  New Year’s Eve is stressful for every restaurant not to mention a pizza place… I’m not sure the names of everyone working but a fella who was working 12+ hours, a person with pink hair, and another gentleman in the back with a long pony tail and a blonde female delivery driver… these 4 employees were absolutely SLAMMING IT! Given how busy they were, they really kept a positive atmosphere in the store and they were very kind to customers and honest about the wait times. They were all working so well together and they really created a great environment in the store given how crazy busy it was! I never once saw them stop the hustle and it’s really great to see a team working and communicating so well together :)

  They delivered a pizza with the wrong ingredients and when I tried to call to sort it out, the employee and eventually the manager spent the next 10 minutes insulting me and gaslighting me, claiming I didnt order what I ordered despite my looking at the receipt on my end. Will never order from this place again, which is a tragedy as I actually really enjoy Domino's.

  Worst place i have ever ordered food from. Listen no joke. My dog wouldn't eat it when we put it in his treat bowl. Even he was pist a out it.

  I’m writing to express my disappointment with an order we recently received. We frequently order the Spinach Feta pizza from Domino’s, and until now, it has always been prepared exactly how we expect. However, this time, the pizza arrived looking completely unappetizing and, quite frankly, not edible. I've attached a photo for reference. Upon calling to address the issue, I spoke with the manager who insisted that the pizza was made exactly as it should be. However, I’ve ordered this pizza over 50 times, and never once has it looked anything like the one, we received. It appeared to have an excessive amount of cheese on a thin crust, making it unbalanced and overly greasy. I expressed my concerns to the manager, who argued with me and while he offered to remake the pizza, he assured me it would look exactly the same. I declined, as we had already paid for the pizza and didn’t want to waste any more food. However, I was hoping to get some clarity: if this is indeed the “correct” way to make the pizza, why does the online picture and our previous orders look so different? As a local business that regularly orders lunch from Domino’s, this experience has unfortunately led us to reconsider our future orders. We’ve always been satisfied with your service, but this particular interaction has been very disappointing. I hope you can understand our frustration, and we would appreciate any feedback or resolution regarding this issue.
