I had made an online reservation for two and requested a standard table, as my guest is in her 80s and cannot sit at a high-top. When we checked in, we were asked if we’d take a high table, and after some back-and-forth we were eventually seated in a booth. Our food arrived surprisingly quickly, and the sweet potato fries were undercooked and mushy. Midway through our meal, our server asked if we needed to-go boxes, which made us feel rushed. It also seemed like she was being pressured by management, because her demeanor noticeably shifted and she became less friendly as the dinner went on. After a long, stressful week, I was really hoping for a relaxing meal, and unfortunately this experience was anything but. It definitely gives me pause about returning in the future.

There was some miscommunication with our reservation, but CeCe and the event team were very accommodating and flexible in helping us making it happen. The whole evening worked out wonderfully.
