- BBBrianDec 12, 20251.0Carry out. You get home and there were no chips in the bag however they did put the queso in the bag with no lid that is. Need I say what our experience is. Pretty sure they would not be able to explain this one to me.
- ISisabella schaeferDec 4, 20252.0I’ve only ever really had Qdoba but decided to try Chipotle today and I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be going back. For the price I was expecting more. The steak cubes are so large and chewy and cold. Really not much flavor and we paid for a bag of chips and they are stale. Almost $40 for two steak bowls. Not worth the money at all.

I received meat that was very well done and burnt to a crisp like dog food. I was extremely extremely kind and showed them and asked “if it might be something they were willing to remake”. The man at the counter said “Aw yeah that looks really bad and dry.” I said again very kindly thinking he was helping, “Yeah, I didn’t know if it’s something you’d be willing to remake… or?” And he just smile and passive aggressively said “No.” I was genuinely confused and said, “Sorry? Are you saying this is policy or…, I thought you said it looked dry…. I’m not sure I’m understanding?” He just sarcastically and passive aggressively looked me in the eye, almost taunting me and laughing, as if I was some Karen and his friends were enjoying the show, even though I had been so so polite and calm and understanding, and he says “I mean yeah that looks really really dry.” Still not answering my question, I thought maybe he was accusing me of bringing back old food. I said still kindly, and I’m just a young girl, “I just picked it up now, are you unwilling to remake it?” He says, “Yeah no.” And went back to laughing with his friends. I was absolutely speechless. If he had said “It looks a little dry but our policy is not to remake it unless xy z” it would have been totally fine. But this was an incredibly childish and cruel and nonsensical way to treat a kind and patient customer.

Not what I expected because I came here before and everything was alright, I hope is just this guy.
