From the moment we were seated, she set the tone with her warm energy, genuine kindness, and top-tier professionalism. Keely was incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked on us at all the right moments, and made thoughtful recommendations that ended up being spot on. Her knowledge of the menu, her patience, and her ability to make us feel cared for truly elevated our dining experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who serves with both excellence and heart, but Keely does exactly that. She turned a simple meal into a memorable evening. Bonefish Grill is lucky to have her, and we will absolutely be back because of the phenomenal service she provided. Highly recommend asking for Keely—you won’t be disappointed!

I had the smoked old fashioned and it was great. My Ahi tuna was spectacular and my wife liked her filet. Ken, our server was very professional, organized and efficient with our food and payments.
