I could hardly hear the lady on the intercom because she was speaking so fast but I assumed she told me to pull around after she got the name on my order. I waited at the window for about 5 minutes and then she hands me my scooped ice cream in bowls even though I ordered two cones and said very fast “we don’t have the cones” and shut the window before I could even respond. Got home and started eating the ice cream, we got three flavors. One was correct, another was half frozen and had ice chunks, the other wasn’t even close to the other flavor. First time trying a baskin Robbin’s, I don’t blame the company but the employees at this location.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
