  Ordered a beef and cheddar, the meat on it was not only thick, it was dark/green gray and had a fowl smell. As a former butcher, roast beef should not look nor smell like this. The older workers up front were excellent, the manager and the young girl doing my refund could stand to be retrained on customer service. Do better Arbys!

  My husband went here last night, went inside Because the line outside was long, and he stood in front of registers for 15mins and nobody looked at him nor spoke so he left. This place sucks anymore

  Had to go through the drive thru since the dining room was closed. We were made to feel like an inconvenience to the lady working as she rushed us through our order and asked we pull up away from the window to wait for our food. There was no one else behind us. When our food did come out, it wasn't fresh. Overall disappointing.

  My daughter got a roast beef slider. It had one piece of the thickest, end meat on it . It was inedible and disgusting. We took it home so she only had fries to eat. Check your sandwich! I have a picture.
