  This location used to be the best in Evansville to the point where I used to go out of my way to go to this one. Now it is the worst Dunkin in Eville. All the previous employees have been replaced with people who don't speak English and the service is EXTREMELY slow now. I went today and ordered an ICED VANILLA PROTEIN LATTE. I am in a hurry so it is partially my fault, but at the window the man handed me a drink that *almost* looked right until I drove away and went to drink it and tasted... banana??? I look and it's an iced hazelnut coffee with banana foam. Idk what psychopath ordered this, but I wasted my points for a drink I couldnt even drink and I was and am still livid. I am never going back. This location has disappointed me so many times. I am done!

  They handed me the wrong drink 3 times, other people's orders. If you order whip cream, they fill to the top and out the lid, except here, where they leave a finger print where they scoop out the excess. Who wants a drink someone clearly stuck their finger in? That, or they hardly put any whipped cream in at all. Only use Rewards for this location through online ordering, not the QR code scan in store. If you scan rewards in store at this location, it doesn't go through. Im not sure staff here understand how the rewards worm, but rewards in store have to be done before you ring out or it doesn't go towards your order. They can reset it after the fact to get your Rewards, but again, not sure if this location just doesn't know how to or is too lazy to reset it when it messes up.

  The service here is beyond terrible. No one can speak English enough to even get your order right. Door dash orders are always completely wrong. I went in person twice and both times the female who works there is on break and SHOE-LESS on her phone ignoring customers. She sits at the table on FaceTime or whatever..shoes slid off. (Puke) The older man can’t speak a lick of English. I wanted 3 scoops of the same flavor and he tried to add different flavors I didn’t ask for. He threw it back in after not being able to understand me and then got a single scoop bowl so I finally gave up and took what he gave me. I tried hand gestures and pointing at the items and none of it worked to get him to understand what I wanted. I think it was more than a language barrier. I left so angry and annoyed and paid for my single $5 scoop. Someone needs to enforce the break taking girl to wear shoes. She shouldn’t be too hard to distinguish cuz it seems she’s always on break.
