no way to cancel your online order. Got charged anyway and they couldn't figure out how to do it on their end. On top of that when I called for help a lady in the background was cussing because I called during their rush and she didnt care about my problem. Which is fair but still rude and not professional.

Never really come to Dairy Queen. I came today and the lady at the window was rude. I asked for barbecue sauce and I guess that was an issue for her because when my food was brought out it was missing barbecue sauce. Definitely not impressed with her service.

The older woman who took our order was extremely rude and even raised her voice at us when we were trying to be polite and we even apologized for trying to order. As we approached the window we even watched the same woman blow out a cloud of smoke in the kitchen. No other person had smoke coming out of their mouth.

“I have HAD it. I have HAD. IT.
With Dairy Queen and their group order games.
Every time I say, ‘Hey, I’ve got a group order,’ they look at me like I just declared war.
Like I’m the villain in their origin story.
Like I’m the reason their shift is cursed.
I gave you a list. A printed list. With names. With sauces. With sides.
And somehow… SOMEHOW… you still gave me a Blizzard with onions and a burger with no patty.
Who is Jared and why is his order in my bag?
Why is my name written on a cup of melted air?
And don’t even get me started on the sauces.
I asked for ranch. You gave me existential dread.
I asked for honey mustard. You gave me a single ketchup packet and a whisper of shame.
You sealed the bag like it was sacred. Like it was blessed by the Queen herself.
But when I opened it?
It was chaos. It was betrayal. It was a culinary crime scene.
And now I’m the villain.
I’m the one going back inside like, ‘Hey, sorry, you forgot half the order and gave me a spoon taped to a napkin.’
And they look at me like I’m unreasonable.
Like I’m the drama.
Well guess what? I AM the drama. And I brought receipts.
So next time I say ‘group order’?
I’m bringing a clipboard, a megaphone, and a lawyer.
Because at Dairy Queen, it’s not a drive-thru.
It’s a choose-your-own-disappointment adventure.
And baby, I didn’t sign up for this side quest.”

Focusing specifically on this visit, the experience has gone downhill.
The food is way overpriced for what you get ($5+ for a cheeseburger a-la-carte) and their menu gives you "an illusion of choice" (the price of the small to large items are so close together that it would be foolish not to buy large). This is a deceptive marketing tactic.
Food: The food tasted good, but not good enough for the price.
Service: The service was dismissive.
Atmosphere: Dairy Queen used to be a treat. No longer...
Summary: Your food dollars are better spent elsewhere.
Standard Spiel to Owners: Don't ask me to call or reach out. I don't accept any outreach. Fix the challenges or capitalize on the successes. I always return to all locations anyways.
