  What I was hoping would be a great date night was short lived thanks to the poor service of Comfort. Sunday the 29th we made a reservation on open table for 5:15 and I was excited because I have really enjoyed the food in the past and this was my husbands first visit. We arrived at 5:08 and immediately felt awkward. It was like no one knew what was really going on at the front counter. We were seated at 5:12 in the basement, which I was not too happy about. Too dark and not the typical atmosphere I was used to when dining here. We were told by the hostess Cassie would be our server but she would get us drinks and bread. I can only assume Cassie was the server I saw (there had to be only one for the whole downstairs) and I am positive she had no idea we were her table. After watching her get drink orders for people sat after us we were frustrated but still waited. She then started taking food orders and still nothing for us. At 5:38 still nothing so we decided to get up and leave which is unfortunate because I was so excited for him to try it out. We ended up at McDonalds for our date night since we didn't have a reservation anywhere else downtown and we had somewhere to be. Very disappointed with the organization and communication of the restaurant and staff.

  We celebrated my daughter’s bridal shower in The Oak Room. Everything turned out amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent but I was blown away by how easy they were to work with and how everyone went above and beyond to helpful and genuinely nice!!! CC is amazing to worn with and everyone was so nice.

  Carlos made the experience! The restaurant was stunning, and the food was fantastic. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and helpful in making a great choice for The Green Egg Stack. He was also very kind to me and those around me. Highly recommend! Give Carlos a raise!

  The food was delicious. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was thick, moist, and had no toughness. It came with fries and coleslaw. My husband chose waffles that came with an amazing strawberry butter. Beautiful atmosphere. Our waiter, Collins, was attentive and kind. We will definitely be back!
