  Just bypass this! Never hv what’s listed on the app and you’ll hv to wait 20-30 mins or more for a baked potato. No apple pecan salad so they gave me a Cobb but w/ the raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Asked for a potato w/ chive, extra butter and bacon, but it had cheese all over it, no butter! Staff is so rude & it’s so unnecessary. I try and try to give it another chance but I’m done now. No thanks, I’ll never spend my hard earned money here cause all you’re guaranteed is a headache! It’s never busy, but they still can’t manage to get it right or be nice.

  They are happy to sell you product that they can’t actually give you and then get an attitude with you when you ask for your money back

  When it first opened it wasn't the best Wendy's but it also wasn't anywhere close to the worse now I can no longer say that it is just awful the food and service both. I am now hoping it is one of the Wendy's closing down so Elwood can get a chance at another good place to eat. Hopefully they get a good manager and one that won't yell at you for taking too long in drive thru which even with their bad service amazed me when it happened and then even more that it was gm and was worried about bonus.
