  Nothing against the employees at all, I can tell the people who work here do the utmost they can. There was one kiosk working out of the four in the store. It took 25 minutes to get my order. The bathroom had a bloody tissue on the floor, pee all over the floor, the sink had black stuff all in it and didn't work but had soap on my hands. There's better McDonald's locations in the worst parts of Chicago than this particular one.

  Ordered a 4 piece nugget and fry. Fries were cold & nuggets were tartar sauce. Tried calling to see if they could make it right, but nobody answered. Highly upset, wouldn’t recommend.

  It was horrible took ten minutes to order in dining room. No line, then another 8-10 minutes to receive food. Put in bag, instead of tray. Took another 3-5 minutes to ask for napkins.

  Don’t waste your time clicking the link to complain. “B. Mac” the owner will just text you and tell you your order was “complex.” I asked for a steak bagel with extra steak, no egg sauce or onion. Pretty simple. They claim they want to help or make it right but do none of the above besides say “god bless.” If I’m paying yall extra for a slice of meat ($1.30 mins you) and paying $12 for a meal yall mess up every single time I feel we should be righting our wrongs. Not telling me god bless and doing nothing about it. Secondly, the little blonde girl that works the drive thru or brings you online order out to you lacks such personal skills and is so rude it’s unreal. If you can’t serve the public respectfully or read to make a simple order (Or complex to B. Mac) the you probably shouldn’t be working here. Nevertheless, don’t waste your time or money. And don’t click the link. B. Mac is zero help.

  The service at this McDonald’s was very disappointing. From the moment I placed my order, the person at the register had a bad attitude, as if they were doing me a favor or like I was asking for free food. There was no friendliness or willingness to provide proper customer service. To make things worse, the person handing out the order had the same attitude—unprofessional, unfriendly, and clearly not interested in helping customers. At the very least, you expect basic respect, but the service here was terrible from start to finish. They seriously need to improve their staff’s attitude and remember that customer service is essential in this business.
