I had an experience today with some young lady that was rude from the moment she opened her mouth. Then she made me wait to order my food in the drive thru. No one in line, behind me or in front of me. I know they weren't busy. So I don't understand the rudeness. The food was mediocre. She didn't put any Ketchup in the bag. Even when I ask her at the window, is there ketchup in the bag? Won't be back to that Wendy's, ever!
