  They have nobody who wants to work at the front and take peoples orders was at the store for over 45 minutes waiting for food

  I got one complaint I just ordered a sandwhich and asked for no sauce and it was printed on the box no sauce but i open it up and there was the most sauce I’ve ever seen and both orders were the same thing I’m very annoyed and disappointed and also no one answers the phone calls

  I had ordered my food on the app 15 minutes early so when I got there I wouldn’t have to wait long I thought but no I got inside and had waited another 30 minutes and still never received my food. I had tried to refund my order but it wouldn’t let me either bc I had a limited amount of time to get food

  Ordered a large Coke in the drive through with our dinner and they gave us a large soda cup full of cold black coffee. Looked similar, so we didn’t notice until driving down the road and my husband took a huge sip he almost spat out across the windshield. We love that there is a McDonald’s at this intersection, as it is a nice place to stop on our long drive, but that’s a pretty big error. I’m not even sure a large black coffee would be served in this type of cup. I half wonder if they were cleaning the coffee machine or something and gave us the discarded coffee, which is disgusting. Again, we like that there’s a fast food option at this location, but I really hope they can improve their accuracy and their standards going forward.

  Usually this is the best McDonald’s to go to never had any issues till tonight. I asked simply for “2 triple cheeseburgers with extra ketchup” I get the burgers with extra ketchup and no cheese, pickles or onions I had asked them to remake them and handed the recipe to them, they asked for the burgers back and and took the same burgers and added more ketchup and handed the burgers back still with only ketchup. As a past manager that is a food safety violation and just all around just not right. I love this location but I’ve never had such a hard time with something so small here
