  Ordered ahead, said order was ready however after arriving for pick up had to wait another 10 mins because employee was on the phone and another employee didn't offer to address me, like I wasn't even there. Didn't yell back to get their attention as front employee was on the phone. Person on phone could of acknowledged me and even the other employee who did come up front while I was standing there, could of acknowledged me as well, but didn't.

  I called and ordered an anchovies pizza for pickup omw to work, i asked and double checked and they said they did have anchovies. I got their on time and heard them say to call customer we dont have anchovies so I walked out, they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven yet. They called me and said we'll if you were their why didnt you say something you wasted our time calling you. Now I'm at work hungry all night after they wasted MY time when I could have gone somewhere else that wasn't on some bs and had my food on time.

  I stopped ordering from this place 5 years ago because it took forever for food to be delivered and what I got would be outright terrible. Started thinking they were overwhelmed with the work load at the time and things may have gotten better, but the last few times I got pizza there would always be toppings missing and the pizza is very soggy at times. It's not an isolated incident, and judging by the reviews people are having the same experience as me. Maybe I should wait another 5 years before ordering from this place again.

  Worst service I've ever experienced. They didn't start making the pizzas until I paid for them (is this policy? I was told it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes). No one came to the counter to wait on me for 15 minutes so I could pay for them, so I ended up being there for 45 MINUTES waiting for my pizzas to be ready. The girl who was there complained loudly about how busy they were, and was rude to the Door Dash guy who was ahead of me. After all that, when I got home, I discovered the order was wrong too. I will NEVER order from there again.

  I ordered pizza, wings and garlic sticks using the app. There's wasn't a place to add delivery instructions so I called the restaurant after placing the order and the employee said they cannot edit or add delivery instructions. When asked if they can let the driver know he said he can't. Then the order was sent to a door dash driver and I wasn't notified until I went to track it. Everything was ice cold, the wings had sauce drizzled on two wings the rest were bare...you toss the wings in sauce not drizzle them...that's not buffalo wings! The garlic crust was not garlicy or, there was barely any cheese or toppings and the employee was just straight up snotty about everything. Domino's will get my win. At least dominoes has a area to rate your experience. Not at all pleased
