  This was an extremely frustrating experience. The food was served cold, which is unacceptable to begin with. When I asked for it to be remade fresh, the manger on duty responded with a rude and dismissive attitude instead of correcting the issue. Customer service here is clearly lacking. The manager on duty made the situation worse by failing to handle it professionally or take any real responsibility. It’s obvious there is a serious problem with how customers are treated. Rolling your eyes and snapping your neck like a turtle is unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all.

  Food at Wendy’s is always good and I ain’t too worried about the atmosphere. IT’S THEIR FREAKING SERVICE! I work in the phone department at a Walmart right next to their location and everytime I come over there, my order usually gets done after everyone else places an order after me! I tried my nicest to be patient with them, but I can see the pressure they are dealing with isn’t giving their abilities any good for customer service and that’s a shame

  First time dining in at this newer location. Quiet. Clean. Good food. Nice staff. Will be back!!

  Put in a mobile order. 20 min drive. Get there and I had to wait another 20 damn mins for my Mobil order. For all that I could of just order when I get there if I'ma have to wait anyway. On top of that, there was no line. How does that work...won't be goin to that location ever again...
