But the staff either needs a better system or more workers or more equipment because waiting 25 minutes for a smoothie is ridiculous and everyone runs around looking stressed & like they dont know whats going on. Staff is very nice though- I just think they need a better system.

There was one employee working who appeared to be training two new hires. I completely understand that training takes time, but the result was a really long wait and a lot of confusion behind the counter. I ended up waiting over 25 minutes for one breakfast wrap and three smoothies, which felt excessive for such a small order. What made it more frustrating was that there was no heads-up about the delay when ordering. If someone had simply mentioned that things might take a little longer due to training, it would have helped set expectations. I appreciate that everyone has to learn somewhere, but the overall experience felt disorganized and made what should have been a quick stop turn into a pretty unpleasant start to the morning. Hopefully the team gets the support they need so service runs more smoothly in the future.
