  This was the best taco bell in elkhart in the early 2000s. There was this chill Indian woman who was usually in charge. But every time i go there now, (and i avoid this location) it seems like new employees who don't know what they are doing and nobody seems to be in charge. I got a chili cheese burrito which was a cheap 99 cent item when it came out, but now costs almost 4 dollars. Whoever made this burrito at this location put freaking nacho cheese sauce on it! These burritos do not get nacho cheese in them and it was really gross and ruined. So i paid 4 dollars for something i threw away. I only go to this location when I'm doing door dash and they direct me to this location.

  Ordered mobile app accidentally there had to drive 25 min to get there and food wasn't even ready.. the new chicken crunch wrap had really old chicken on it that was dry as dry could be. My hard shell taco was mainly just a hard shell a little meat and lettuce in the center of it. The crispy gordita crunch supposed to have melted cheese on the flatbread they just threw lettuce and cheese in between. Fiesta potatoes barely had cheese on them alot of sour cream though. Ill never go there again obviously has very poor management there if they let their workers get away with that poor of service...

  I would not even bother to come to this Taco Bell. They messed up my order multiple times when I asked for it to be remade, they made it sloppy and input together. Then, when I asked the manager about it, she said, and I quote well our other manager made it and I will talk to them about it so basically did not care. This is the third time they’ve messed up on things they don’t like to correct things and when you speak up they have an attitude about it.

  Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, stood at the front counter for 20 minutes trying to pick up an order and your employees aren’t intelligent enough to realize there’s a lobby inside your store, fire everyone and close it
