  Ordered the big dinner box for 30 dollars and the two medium pizzas were soooooo paper thin and were rock hard. I actually hurt my tooth eating the pizza . I was better off eating chips for dinner. Terrible terrible terrible. It was so thin I could almost see through the pizza. We ate 3 pieces and threw away the rest because of it being so hard. Like I said chips were softer option to eat. Wish there was a 0 star. I also requested both pizzas to be original pan but they were square cut. Very disappointed. Waste of 30 dollars . Had the same experience with the other location in Elkhart. Last time eating Pizza Hut.

  Thank you Matt for going out of your way to help me today with a large order at the last minute!!!! You were so kind even when you were busy. Oh the other hand the call center is the absolute worst! They were a joke, said they couldn't complete my credit card order of $300 (Matt had no issues) hung up on me. Hard to understand and no help what so ever. More worried about the credit card info given to some over seas call center.

  I ordered pizza earlier this week and it was a little late but I didn't care. It was still warm and still good. Since my pizza was late they gave me a free large pizza to make up for it. I decided to use it today and I ordered it. It said delivery time was 1:01 pm and that worked for me. The time went by and it showed it was still being prepared. I went to call the store to cancel my order since I had to leave for a appointment. Nobody answered the phone. I gave it a little bit then called again. This time a girl answered and started speaking Spanish. I said English please bc I don't understand Spanish she waited a little bit then said something in Spanish again. I said I'm sorry I don't understand you and she hung up the phone. Its 2:34pm and I still haven't gotten my pizza. It says that it's still being prepared.

  Average. Mediocre. But make sure you arrive way early to pick up your order ...... I arrived almost 15 minutes early and she was just getting ready to box my pizzas..... Had I arrived any later, or at my pick up time it would have been sitting there under the warmer.... Was operated by someone with broken English, or just maybe she just pretended to not understand me.. hard to tell these days.
