unless you want to wait. Me and my wife stopped here this morning we do every Sunday morning. The service has been getting worse and worse over time. we order the same thing 2 egg and cheese biscuits they parked us and we set there for 15 minutes they were giving other customers their orders that had got there after us, so i went in to get my money back. my food was setting on a shelf, they tried to give it to me. i wouldn't take cold food. i ask for my money back and was told there was no manager there (they pretty much stole my money) so i couldn't get my money back until Monday its only $3 I'll run more than that out in gas going back out there but im going to so i can talk to the manager

Came by 10:20am Sunday September 7th. Fairly quiet morning. Spent about 10 minutes standing at the front counter waiting to order. Made eye contact with several employees multiple times. Employees didn't care and are content to ignore customers. If they had been very busy I would understand. But from the look of the order screen they only had two orders. One order for a single item and another for a combo meal. Maybe two cars outside in drive through when I pulled in. Eventually I got frustrated and walked out. Another thing we noticed is a car pulled out from drive through lane. So maybe he was unable to order too?
Don't ignore your customers. If you are busy you can say "be with you in a minute". Or heck, I'd be fine with "we are understaffed and can't service you right now". But ignoring people is rude!

My husband came into this location today on 9/7 to order food. He came back out about 7 minutes later and said the guy at the counter just ignored him and wouldn't take his order. If we didn't have groceries in the car I would of went in to see what was going on.
