I was eating my French fries when I noticed something in the bottom that was out of place. It turned out to be a dead fly.I called them back but could not get them on the phone. I then called the corporate number, and they said someone would get with me but no one ever did. So I now boycott all Wendy's after this disgusting incident. All I wanted was my money back on this item. They did not have the courtesy to reply back. So no more Wendy's for me.

I can even deal with subpar service as long as it is fast, but why even bother opening up for breakfast if you cant provide any of the three? The woman working the window clearly does not want to be there and everything about her body language and attitude says so. You cant act as though the people providing your paycheck are an inconvenience to you just because they pulled up to your window. I understand its just fast food, but I expected better
