  I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. My order was wrong when I got home, which is frustrating enough. Mistakes happen, I get that. But what really bothered me was what happened next. I called the store to let them know and to ask what we could do to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future. Instead of trying to help or offering a solution, the employee hung up on me mid-conversation. Customer service matters just as much as getting the order right. If the team had simply apologized and tried to fix it, this review would look very different. I hope management addresses both order accuracy and how customer concerns are handled. *What I believe Neil deGrasse Tyson would say* “What we’re witnessing here is a fascinating breakdown of structural integrity. The quesadilla, once a proud, folded plane of cheesy symmetry, has collapsed into a near-two-dimensional object — a tortilla singularity, if you will. Meanwhile, the hard shell taco has undergone rapid atmospheric moisture absorption, transitioning from a rigid shell to what scientists might call… a soft-shell impostor.” “In the universe, entropy always increases. In your Taco Bell bag, apparently, so does sogginess.

  If you go into the dinning room to order your food, they make you order on the touch screen instead of a person taking your order. The computer won't let you modify certain items. When I finally got someone's attention for help, they just shrugged and said they didn't know how to work it. Gave you, canceled the order and went elsewhere.

  This is the Taco Bell I typically go to, mostly because it feels fancier with the ability to look into the kitchen and have an idea of how busy the kitchen is. Other than the different atmosphere, you are still going to get the usual TB food.

  Took forever because they didn't have change in the drive thru drawer. Food was edible, but not worth the$8.50 for 2 items & no drink. Drive thru needs plowed better.
