    Placed order at counter for dine in. Nobody let us know food was ready so it sat for over 10 minutes getting cold. We were the only people in the restaurant. When I inquired the staff said oh they should have put it on a tray and called your name. So we ate cold food.

    I would give zero but google doesn't allow that but I just went through at 2:20 am and got refused service when they say their open until 3am but told us they were closed

    8 months pregnant and didn’t feel like cooking. Had an online order, when we got there we were told there’d be a 5 minute wait for an item and were asked to come inside. 25 minutes later, we got our food all thrown into one bag and had 2 items missing when we got home. Our drinks had also sat there the entire time behind the pickup and were watered down, so we had to refill them before we left. Staff was ok, but overall a very irritating experience.

    Don’t understand why the app asks about sauces cause they’ll never give them out! Attitude problems from every employee. Food is wrong 75% of the time. Wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. CR 17 is a much better choice.
