There have been numerous issues with slow or poor service. Also, every power bowl I’ve ever gotten here over the last three years has been messed up in some way or another (missing or wrong ingredients, straight up standing water in one). At least three times I have gone home only to realize something was left out of the order. Today I placed a large order and they left out half the sides I ordered. I decided to actually go back this time because I discovered it like 5 minutes later. The guy cut me off when I was telling him what was wrong in the drive-thru (where I initially ordered), and told me to come inside. I explained that I don’t want to come in because I had children sleeping in the car, and I would like to just get the sides we ordered at the window. He still insisted that I had to come in, then when I did, he just put the bag on the counter, pointed at me, and walked away. Not a single word. No apology. No offer to make things right.

I’ve done dine in here, take out and DoorDash, weather it be forgetting a item, messing up a item or just making it wrong over the last 7 years, I’m not giving a 1 star cause at this like I truly should just know better and drive the extra 3 miles to go to ash road Taco Bell.
