  I don't know when you hired Travis, but you should keep him! Quick and friendly, didn't rush me when not knowing what I wanted, and informed us of deals to save a few bucks. This was the 2nd cashier I have had a great experience with. I gave it 4 stars because the food just isn't the best.

  If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE IN A HURRY OR WANT YOUR FOOD MADE CORRECTLY!!!!! I only write reviews when it's really needed. We ordered a big order the other day with about 45$ being spent via doordash.... When the food arrived it was all wrong, things were missing and it tasted horrible!!!! We called taco Bell and asked to speak with a manager and thats when the big boss (general manager) got on the phone and was very disrespectful, screaming at myself, my husband, and my friend. He also went so far as to calling my husband retarded. The next day (yesterday) we had called and wanted either a remake/refund! They decided they wanted to remake the food. When arriving at the store my husband brought the receipt with everything on it and explained he was there for a remake. They then took that receipt made him sign it (or he wouldn't be getting the food) and told him that he can't complain again or ask for remakes or a refund ever again. Which goes against consumer laws. Needless to say the health department will be called(because no one was wearing hair nets, or beard nets, and things looked absolutely disgusting in the restraunt itself) , corporate will be called and complaints would be made about every employee that was involved! I forgot to add that we ordered cinnamon delights and they failed to give us them with the remake so I'm going to be calling my bank tomorrow to get a refund from my bank ! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do better taco bell before you get shut down for good

  We never get fast food and I know why. I ordered 2 “chicken” cantina bowls, 4 soft shell tacos and cheese roll ups, nothing crazy. The drive through individual was confused and after minutes of waiting told me to order as he forgot I was there, anyway no big deal. I get home the cantina bowls are missing chicken and the soft tacos had a small spoonful of meat. Normally I don’t care, but prices are going up and quality and service are going so down, I’m just mind blown and so dissatisfied. Will never return and I’m right down the road.
