  They don’t answer the phone probably because they don’t want to hear complaints. Lazy can’t even stick stickers on the bag if DoorDash or was telling the truth they do not look like they’ve been unstuck. They just look like they haven’t been put on.shake machine always broke didn’t get shake btw I ordered of McDonald’s app not door dash McDonalds app can’t even find away to get my money back

  The entire staff on 2/22/26 at 5:29 needs to be evaluated for termination. Just did a DoorDash order for a customer who just had half their order forgotten by the staff. Upon pick up the staff was giggling and sitting in lobby not working and told me somebody took the order and refused to remake it until I escalated the situation.

  The fastest McDonalds I’ve been to simply because they make their food in advance so as soon as I ordered they just gave me old food and dipped the fries back in the fryer until they were indistinguishable from the napkin. Hard and brown fries and I got to listen to the workers complain about how hot it is in the kitchen and that’s the reason for the horrible food

  Hate to give a 1 star because McDonald's is the place where you can grab a burger and fries and not have to worry about spending $50+ so it's budget friendly, but I do gotta say the service lately isn't going anywhere except for down. Yeah, you want something quick, easy on the wallet, but no one wants to fight with employees over missing food items, or cold food. Breakfast and lunch you normally get the correct order but if you're trying to grab something late at night, check your food before you get home or plan to go back out to get it fixed.
