  Listen…I know yall are a McDonalds. I know you guys are crazy insane busy probably a better part of the day but you guys really need to start looking at modifications on items. AGAIN I know it’s a pain in the ass but you are literally being paid to do so lol….plus out right ignoring when someone requests “nothing” on an item is a huge risk for an allergic reaction.

  I was here because the app said they was still serving and I was there a hour before it said the serving was over the lobby was unlocked people were smoking weed cars lined up outside and when I get inside I hear the manager who one worker said name was red and he told me get out I don't have a vehicle then walked out ,okay fine so I wasn't sure like who I could ask about my refund and as I'm standing there I'm recording workers touch equipment , food , with bare hands , not only that it was a trash bin just right in front of the fried so I actually didn't mind canceling because during the day this store is not like this I just hate that it's negative degrees outside and yet the manager is outside smoking and we all have to cancel our orders? Why not turn off mobile orders? Why act like yall are serving and you stopped a hour early and not only that why as a manager are you allowing your crew to handle food with no gloves? I reached out to the number that I seen hanging on the wall so this just for anybody that wants to come to this location after 12 , THIS STORE IS NOT 24 HOURS GO TO THE ONE DOWNTOWN ON MIAMI STREET trust me you'll save time

  We visited this location on 12/6/2025 at about 10:25 p.m. We were told at the speaker they were taking orders at the second window. We waited in line for about 15 mins and when we got to the second window the lady told us “i’m so sorry, we’re now taking orders at the speaker”, insinuating that she wanted us to go all the way around again, while we had our newborn in the car and had already been waiting in line, and had already ordered and paid via the app. We informed her that we had a mobile order and she tried to inform someone over her headseat of this. Quickly after a man in a manager shirt came to the front and you could see was making this worker in the window very upset and uncomfortable. They made our food and I’m not even joking filled the fries halfway. Like if you looked straight at them, you couldn’t tell there were fries in it. We had also ordered two double cheeseburgers with no pickle and were given old cheeseburgers that had stickers on them from another order with “add mac sauce”. My boyfriend had asked could we purchase a cup of mac sauce as he eats his fries with it and you can’t do this on the app and there was no other time to ask, and she rang it up and charged us and politely asked for it, and he looked at her like she was crazy. I felt very bad for the girl in the window and she was very sweet to us while trying to hide she was literally about to cry because the way she was being treated. I never write reviews but this deserved one for sure.
