For years this place has been providing subpar service. Incorrect orders, missing items, items substituted without asking. Today my wife placed an order and yet again the Main Street crew showed up in style and messed our order up yet again. Ask for only ketchup, they throw everything on there including onions between the burger patties. Then they replaced a frozen coke with a disgusting frozen blue raspberry drink she didn't ask for. We visit this location (sometimes by accident or necessity) about once a year and how this place hasn't gotten better crew or management over the years baffles me, I mean the 2.8 average review rating can't be for no reason.

This location never uses their drive-thru right they make you pull around to a window to order your food even if all you have is a drive-thru code to give them for a pickup order. I don't know why I keep checking back every 6 months to see if they get better because I've been coming here on and off for 5 years and they have never figured out how to use the drive-thru correctly. Honestly McDonald should tell the franchise owner to shut this location down because it gives them a bad name.
