- GMGuy ManSep 7, 20251.0I ordered a carne asada burrito bowl for drive thru pickup. I received a message that it was ready and got in line at the drive thru to pick it up. I waited 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me, one of which got out of line to get their order inside. So my wife took the wheel of the truck so I could go get our order inside. Now I had assumed that they must be slammed, with too many orders to fill and not enough personnel. What I found was that there was no one in line, two employees just standing there doing nothing and two other employees laughing and chatting while slowly making pickup orders. Turns out my order as well as all of the other ones that the people in their cars were waiting for had been finished this whole time. These girls just decided to make us wait. After I finally got my order and drove home and sat down to eat I noticed that my bowl had no meat in it. They had completely forgotten to put my carne asada in the bowl! To be honest I'm not planning to ever go back to this branch. It's wild how terribly managed this place is. Very disappointed and still hungry.

The gentleman with the glasses was more concerned about gossiping about what I assume is his boss than cleaning this nasty location. Tables dirty, soda machine gross, smeared food on the windows. All while guy with glasses stood around and just talked to his employees. The counter by the registered had cheese and liquid all over. I sat and watched all employees just look at the mess and not be bothered to clean it up. Just crazy to work in a food establishment and not be aware of cleanliness.
