    This location gets worse consistently... the last straw being we ordered 2 of the new "box" meals they are advertising. The sandwiches were supposed to be French dips, they weren't. The were some sort of wrap. Drove all the way back and all they would remake was the sandwiches. They didnt care the rest of the food was now cold because of their mistake. They said its "normal" and "it happens" and did not care whatsoever about our food. If you really want Arby's, go to the one in Elkhart on Cass. Skip this location for sure

    Great experience! The staff had such a positive attitude and were fast and friendly without ever making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Everything was handled smoothly, and the service was genuinely pleasant. Definitely a place I’d be happy to return to!
