  I honestly don’t even know where to start with this Buffalo Wild Wings order… but yeah, this was bad. First off, I ordered online for pickup and it was supposed to be ready at 8:40. I still had to stand there waiting another 15 minutes. Cool. Whatever. But then explain this: if I had to wait, why is my food cold, hard, and borderline inedible? The “boneless wings” looked like they were scraped together from the bottom of a fryer and dumped in a box. Different flavors all mixed together, no labels on anything, just a soggy, greasy mess like someone gave up halfway through making it. Some pieces were drenched, some were dry, and a few looked straight up burnt. Texture? Imagine biting into something that’s somehow both rock hard and greasy at the same time. That’s what this was. I’ve genuinely had better chicken from McDonald’s, which is saying a lot. And the worst part? This isn’t even my first bad experience. I ordered to-go before and it was messed up, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just an off day. Decided to give them another shot after a while, and somehow this was even worse. At this point, it’s on me for expecting anything different. Lesson learned. Never again.

  Ok I don’t know why but the kitchen staff was told not to give a lot of lettuce in the salads. I got a chicken Cesar salad with the chicken on the side. I used to get a huge salad and this is all the lettuce that they gave me. Small considering what they used to give. It doesn’t look fresh or appealing . They definitely need to step up the food soon because the new place is opening soon and they will lose business. I’m a regular here and I’m sorry but this doesn’t deserve a good review. Other than the disappointment in food the bartender’s are wonderful.

  Will not eat here again, tried it twice thinking maybe the first time the place was having a bad night. Ate here on Saturday and again was terrible. Service is really good, but the food quality and taste is awful. Sauce on the wings tasted sour and bitter, Mac and cheese was mushy and tasteless, the chicken in the wrap was really dry and the lettuce in the salad looked really old. Me and my boyfriend barely ate much of our food. Definitely regretted not going to Wings etc.

  So I came to this buffalo wild wings with my boyfriend and his friends to have a nice and fun dinner today. Upon arrival we were met with this odd smell, it smelt like pepper and butter but not in the way you would expect. It was sort of a funky smell. We ignored that and decided to continue on, we got our seats relatively fast which was amazing. Our server was super kind and genuine. We got seated around 6:30-6:40 and didn’t get our food up until 8:00. I understand that Saturday may be busy but that is mad. While we were waiting for OUR food multiple parties around our size had received their food way faster than us and they had came later then we did. When we got our food it was super cold. The food felt like they had either just pulled it out of the fridge or had been sitting out. Do not come here for a quick meal. Only come here if you like to wait and have mediocre food.
