  I made a mobile order at 11:22 at night which I felt bad about. The cashier told me there was a wait which I was fine with. I wanted an au ju which of course I was gonna pay for but she gave it to me for free for the wait. She also made my large Dr.pepper into an extra large for free which she didn't have to. Here I am feeling bad coming in before they close and she just gives me 2 free items. We need more cashiers like her. Shout out to the black cashier who took my order. Sorry I didn't catch her name

  Food is always trash they closed this location down and they think that because they made it look better on the outside that it’s better 🙅🏾‍♀️🤣🤬🤬👎🏾 still garbage food always dead and cold

  Staff was friendly but they were out of basic condiments. And the prices have gotten worse but that's everywhere now.

  Pulled up to the outside order kiosk. The one furthest from the building never responded. Drove around and went to the other one. Placed my order and drove to window. Customer service was terrible. Not friendly at all. Then I get home and they forgot my sauces. And the food was barely warm. A mile and a half from the store. Told the wife, well once and done. I won't be going back. Sorry This was about 550pm Tuesday, 03-03-26

  This Arby's had good service but the food was so skimpy for the price I paid. Shrinkflation sucks dude
