  Food was cold. Was in the drive thru handed the girl cash, with the right amount of change and she drops most of it inside the window. Then wanted me to give her more money! Had to tell her "that's not how this works you are going to have to bend over and actually pick it up off of the floor!"

  I've ordered food from several of the taco bells in the area, but this one is my go to. My service has been great almost every time that I've placed a pick up order. I've only had to wait once for my food because of a technical problem with the press for a quesidilla. I really appreciate that they have not messed up my orders like other taco bells have. The staff has always been polite and respectful. The resteraunt looks generally clean when walking in. the messiest place was probably the drink fountain because people have gotten soda on the counter. The food is just normal taco bell so you know what to expect. I like the app for customizing my options on my food items. I've only ever had one problem with the app because it put my order through twice. I was able to get a refund after an employee infromed me of the problem (I had no idea they were making the order a second time) and explained that I could do it through the app. The drive through is fast even though a lot of people use it. My recommendation is to do grab and go on the app. Literally zero weight time usually.

  They pissed off a few people we waited an hour to get our food and I few other people waited for an hour for there food too. I will never go back!

  Understaffed so it took 15 minutes to get 2 items. but food was made properly
