Person in front of me spoke very little English he told the cashier (Black decent) the two sandwiches he wanted when she got those he told her another in a rude voice she said next time tell me everything you want.Some young children came in ask for water and its okay to say no it is how No was said (White decent) Not today no.I ask for parme bread oh we never had that in a rude manner I infect pulled it up.The atmosphere was clean,however the customer service was rude and a feeling of we dont want to be here doing this.Alsomy son Autistic and likes his toppings on the side I was informed we dont do that well if thos is the policy great its not enforced other locations I guess and I travel all over the united states.I informed her I will note it in my review and she (White decent)Started being nice now the time was 1135pm and it was two of them there 3 customers only.Served by 7118 Subway 51522-0.Food great,Parking great,Store clean,customer service horrible and I used decent because I didn't get names.The Black decent lady did offer to that my cheese since I didn't want my break toated.I just think more people skills is needed review the camera if proof is needed 1

I ORDERED 2 FOOTLONGS AND THEY PUT 5 PIECES OF MEAT ON EACH LOADED UP WITH TOO MANY VEGGIES AND FORGOT MY SAUCE WENT LATE AFTER WORK I CALL THE NEXT MORNING ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO WITHOUT SANDWICHES

I went on today 6/4/2025 my coworkers and I tried to order online and had issues with ordering so I went into the store it was busy, but I was surprised at how well the 3 ladies working handled everything, great customer service & positive attitudes even though I can tell they were pretty busy, I told them about the issue online they seemed concerned and said it should be back working soon! I love the customer service
