- SPstephen powellJan 28, 20261.0Today was the day...I've been going to this Dunkin everyday for last 2 years..don't really drink Dunkin my wife does...she drink the same cocoa mocha latte the signature drink... an they making it wrong almost every time...I let them remake it ...sometimes it's ok sometimes all the way wrong.. today they brought me a green drink...I let them know..thats not what I ordered.. they remake the drink...for it to taste like cream chocolate milk .. this is how they make it..when I ask for it to be remade on the regular...so I ask for my money back today first time in 2 yr..now everyone is concerned about the drink and what's wrong and why it taste wrong... manager I see all the time... Because her boss is there today now she doesn't know me or know I get my drink remade a lot of times..I will be making coffee at home for the wife now...Can't run on Dunkin with the wrong Dunkin in your cup..No more money for Dunkin

I know it gets busy but the paying person should still get what they're asking for. I started doing mobile orders for drive through pickup. I ordered large coffee just the way I like it. I get to the window and the girl is holding a smaller cup. I had to repeat i ordered a large. They put the coffee from the smaller into the large like i didnt see it. I knew they would mess up from there and they sure did. Got a large cup of nasty!!! I will go to another location so I can feel happy again. I love the coffee but I can't stand bad customer service or not being listened to.
