I know it gets busy but the paying person should still get what they're asking for. I started doing mobile orders for drive through pickup. I ordered large coffee just the way I like it. I get to the window and the girl is holding a smaller cup. I had to repeat i ordered a large. They put the coffee from the smaller into the large like i didnt see it. I knew they would mess up from there and they sure did. Got a large cup of nasty!!! I will go to another location so I can feel happy again. I love the coffee but I can't stand bad customer service or not being listened to.

When I pull up to this location they are always on point, sometimes they do have a line but it doesn't take to long and if you order ahead it's a lot more quicker. The ladies in their are always on point kuddos to them.

My last straw was in ordering my regular coffee with mocha. It was handed to me and as it was handed to me I could tell it didmt look right. I produced to let the girl she takes the coffee and im guessing the manager comes back and says that just how the Carmel looks hands me back the coffee. Before I could even say anything she walks away. 1. I didn't order Carmel in my coffee and 2 and most importantly im ALLERGIC to Carmel. Since she walked away I just drove off and ended up throwing out the coffee and stopping and the now only dunkin I will be stopping on my way to and having to pay for another coffee.
