I was in there around 7:30 on 4/10 to buy a sandwich and noticed the short employee or 'short king' ( I think that’s what they wanna be called now) touching various surfaces near the sink while talking to the taller guy. Before I could say anything, he grabbed some bread from the rack. I told him I didn't want the bread because I believed his gloves were contaminated. He agreed, changed the gloves out, and then picked up an old piece of bread on the sandwich making table that I knew was also contaminated because it appeared he didn’t change his gloves a lot.. It's really nasty and unhygienic for Jimmy John’s to allow their staff to serve customers in this manner with an attitude because the customer doesn’t want to get sick 🤮 the common theme from the reviews is poor customer service. I will never go back. The short king is running customers away. I will reach out to corporate to let them know what I observed.

Normally, I have a good experience at this location when I come in. I get just the sandwich because the upcharge for the combo is a little steep for me, but there was a big sign at the front that said I can upgrade to a combo for a dollar so I thought why not. When I got told the total of my order I thought it seemed a bit higher than what it should have been, but when I asked for the receipt they said they would put it with the sandwiches. After finishing my lunch, I looked at the receipt and I got charged full price for both combos I got for my friend and me. I ask the guy at the counter if maybe the deal is only for the originals. He tells me I can order the combo with the chips and the drink normally or I can get the $1 combo which comes with the chips and the drink. Not fully understanding why I would get charged for the more expensive option, I asked him why I would want to pay more for the same thing and he says that I need to tell them. If it's my job to let them know I want the special in big letters on the wall behind me when I order, why can't it be repeated back to me or even mentioned that I am making a purchase that I can get for a lot cheaper. Not to mention that I would normally not even pay that price. If i as the customer am left in the dark about me being charged this way, it seems pretty stingy that I can't even find out until I get my food. It's more money than I wanted to spend on something I ONLY got because of the sale. What a JOKE!!!

More than a hour now still no sandwiches. Called and spoke to the manager
Naomi and she said The driver just left with six orders. We have no idea when you’ll get your sandwiches. He’s not answering his phone. I’ll never order from the Dyer location again!!

I go here all the time the staff is wonderful they always have my stuff done in a family Nana and it's really great very clean and really nice guy thank you guys for being such a great job of cooking instead and for keeping the restaurant.
