  I had to check the map to make sure I was not giving 1 of the 3 local Duncan's this fine stores review. Unfortunately the young lady on the drive thru was rude. Started to talk with an attitude. I went to the drive thru, the system asked for my order. I started to give it. The young lady came on and I said oh I apologize I thought that was you. With a very apparent attitude she said it again. I said my order again. Then finally she said it with an attitude. Now mind you, I'm the customer, spending my money at the store that employs you from collecting money for the orders of the items your job sells. I said hun I said my order 3 times and I apologized for the inconvenience. I'm the customer doing this at your business. Finally we did the order, at The end I said thank you. Nothing, again, nothing. Finally I talked how I address my kids.... I just said thank you to you. Do you not hear me? She said you're welcome. Now, I get to the window, pay... the young lady a white girl who's dressed like the younger black girl with another headphone gives me my drink. Your food will be right up. Ok, thank you... nothing closes window. On front of the manager. I'm looking. Then gives me the food, doesn't ask if I want my receipt. Doesn't ask if I need jelly or ketchup. Closed the window and turns to walk away. I'm like wow... the younger black girl looks at me because she she's me looking. Not bitter. I'm not that person. I have no napkins, spent my hard earned money them like always. Oh I love in Hammond and pass up 2 car washes and 4 duncan to come here... to be treated like this. This is Dyer Indiana and you're allowing these ladies act like that? That's so not cool. I deserve a refund and an apology.

  This is the second time I’ve been disappointed at this location. On my first visit, I ordered avocado toast with bacon, but it wasn’t toasted and the bacon was missing—especially frustrating for a $5+ item. Tonight, I stopped in after working third shift and paid $2.99 for coffee that was lukewarm and tasted watered down. Consistency and quality have been an issue both times. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

  I swear they either didn’t add the amount of sugar I ordered or did not stir the coffee cause I tasted NOTHING. Waste of money and put me in a bad mood to start the day
