All of our ice cream is made using real milk. Since whey is a derivative of real milk, our ice creams contain whey. For whey-free options, try our non-dairy sorbets or ices, and frozen desserts.

Our fully customized cakes take at least 24 hours to create. Pickup times may vary by shop. Need one sooner? Call or visit your favorite shop and choose from a variety of cakes available for immediate pick-up.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily. Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
