  SHAME ON 7 BREW. I waited over an hour here and it's because they had short staffed. A female worker had said that half of the people had been sent home even though the line was busy all the way to the light. She said corporate has been cutting everyone's hours and sending people home each shift. Do better 7 Brew. I wouldn't be surprised if the workers went on strike.

  I've been here a few times before and had great experiences but on 12/21 the experience was not that. Somehow the 7 cars behind me were able to order before me. When we finally got to order after waiting more than 15 minutes, which should have been 5 minutes (it was not crowded), I ordered my usual Mocha Chiller. It was the worst drink I've ever had from any 7 Brew. Ironically I did not tip because of the wait from the other cars being able order, receive their drinks and leave while I was still waiting. My wife went in and asked that they remake it, he did, and told my wife he made this one just like the previous one. He blamed the inclusion of almond milk for the look and taste, however I order it that way all of the time. The remade one was spot on, but I had to take a picture to post. The left is the abomination I received and the right is the usual.

  Absolute worst experience! Stay away from the Dyer location, rude employees, poor slow service. How do you run a gift card promotion and not have the gift cards available? I was told twice to come back the next day at your Dyer location and each time having to wait in that horrible line of cars was told no cards were available. Why was the gift card promotion sign still up advertising that you have gift cards? Third time going to the Dyer location I was told that the Crown Point location would have cards, I asked if they could call that location, hard NO on that, you can’t even call any locations. Drove out to Crown Point only to be told they were out, but yet, the promotion sign for the gift cards was still up. Why, why if you are out of gift cards do you still advertise a promotion that you can’t support? I then asked if they would still honor the free drink card with a $25 gift card promotion and was told no. As a corporation, how do you run a promotion and then run out of gift cards and fail to live up to what is promised.

  I adore this location! My wife and I come here as often as we can for our weekend coffee dates and the staff are all amazing. Every person we’ve met has been absolutely lovely. Today we had Kat take our order and she is Ike of the most bubbly, beautiful and kind humans we’ve ever met. All of these employees deserve raises honestly. Thank you to the Dyer 7 brew team for all that you do!! <3 you are so loved, valued and appreciated!!! Also… the coffee is unreal. The German chocolate mocha is top tier.

  If I could I would give no stars. I went to the dyer 7 brews. It was the ornament give away it was between 7:30-8am it was snowing and had snowed, I when in the parking lot when we saw cones blocking the entrance I was already my the front of the building when an employee came out saying there was a sign saying to go around to the other street. We said what sign. We had to talk loud because she was about 3 feet away. We told her that they need to moved the sign so people can see it. The sign was confusing it was a small piece of brown cardboard with a small green arrow pointing down. No words on it. When we went the way we were told to go it was against a legal traffic sign. The employee said we yelled at her then had us move over to the line closes to the building for the same employee to stand there preaching to us about yelling at them and we could just leave. The manager in the mean time moved the sign then the manager accused us again of yelling we told her we naturally talk loud because we are hard at hearing and because of that we talk loud. She told us to just leave. We told them that we will be contacting corporate they just said go head call them. They told us that they blocked the entrance and change the way in first because of the snow plows and then for the ornament give away. There was one car and us so they were not busy. They clearly discriminate against the hard at hearing. There are a lot of places I can buy coffee from in that area I will not be going back to that location.
