  This Dunkin Donuts is fairly new, and I must say the employees are friendly , helpful and get you your food quickly as possible. Keep up the good work .

  I’m actually so done with this Dunkin’. I’ve gone THREE times since they opened and they’ve messed up my drink every single time. Like it’s not even a hard order?? How do you get it wrong 3/3 times. Idk if it’s cause they just opened this Dunkin but it clearly should’ve not been opened if the employees are to incompetent to complete the most basic requirement of working there it’s literally a coffee place lock in And what made it worse is I literally tried to fix it while they were making it and he just goes “yeah yeah I know” … clearly you don’t because my drink still came out wrong. So what was the point of even saying anything? I’m not about to keep spending $6 on a drink just for it to be wrong every time. That’s actually crazy. Might as well go to 7brew not even a minute away

  AVOID BOTH DUNKIN LOCATIONS ON 30 IN DYER. Drive 5-10 minutes in most directions to find a more reasonably priced Dunkin experience. Normally I don’t post such negative reviews, but $2.99 for 3 ct munchkins at this location is absurd! 5 minutes north on Calumet and it’s $1.89 for 3 ct. 5 minutes east at the 41 & 30 and it’s $1.20 for a 3 ct. 5 min south on Sheffield and it’s also $1.20 for a 3 ct. Both Sauk Village locations are $0.99 for a 3 ct.

  It’s a literal scam to go there….. they charge you extra if you don’t get ice…. Then give you a cup full ice and a quarter of drink and then you pay $6 I’ve worked at Dunkin when I was 19 we never did that there. They charge extra for literally everything it’s waste of money. Honestly…
