- JWJerry WhiteMar 29, 20261.0They can not comprehend the difference between sweetened and unsweetened tea. Lived here for over 10 years and have a problem 70% of the time. Let’s make the UN on the tea really big and a brighter color so your employees can understand better. Let’s also remember to put straws in the bag when we give the wrong tea. Literally won’t order for months and when I do there is almost always an issue. Maybe it’s the leadership or maybe it’s the illiteracy.

This is the 3rd time ive sat there for 10 minutes and had to leave AFTER PAYING because I didnt account for a mcdonalds drive thru trip taking 15+ minutes. Awful service and quality.
