- CHCayli HartJan 31, 20261.0Online pick up was 6pm on 1/31/2026. I right on time. I always expect to wait a few minutes because that’s normal for this location. My subs sat for 10 minutes without being touched. The 3 people working had no idea what was going on and stood around doing nothing while one guy panicked. After 25 minutes they told me they were out of ingredients. I had another place to be that i could not be late for. So I ended up having to leave my order. This location needs to train better.
