I had to ask a few times for Another manager finally got the district manager who accused me of yelling which I was not I happen to have a very deep loud voice box who then proceeded to tell me not to bother with another dirt queen in the area and that they don’t have. Cake decorator she comes randomly in every once in a while yet she works 4 days a week . They were both extremely rude and accusing of my voice. This will be our last ice cream cake or anything from the Decatur store .
