  Frankly, I don’t even know how to express my gratitude for Trinity. she is the sweetest person I have ever met. She reminds me of my daughter who went to college just last year. So kind, so giving , and so gracious. As an older lady, I struggle with shaky hands, and when I dropped the coins In the drive-through trying to hand them to Miss Trinity she immediately told me to not worry about it pulled out 2 quarters from her back pocket and paid for the rest of my meal, due to the fact that my quarters we on the ground between my Honda civic and the widow. Thank you Trinity!

  worst taco bell i’ve ever had in my life. chicken quesadilla had barely any chicken and i asked for EXTRA chicken, nacho fries were rock hard, burrito was super dry and stale. so bad i just threw it away.

  Would not take a 50.00 bill even though I spent 14.00 bucks. Said it was store policy.which is not posted anywhere. If it is a policy please post it on the drive up and on store doors. Pleases.

  It was a little late on an Easter Sunday. But wanted some tacos. I should have just went to Kroger and got some stuff but I did what I did. Went with a buddy of mine. Got in, ordered at the kiosk and waited. And waited. And waited again. No apology from the staff on the wait. All we got was "Drive-Thru was busy". I get that but you also have 4-5 other people waiting inside as well. Ordered at 8:28. Got my food at 8:58. 30 minutes! Then my buddy got his 10 minutes later. Luckily we had nothing going on but still. Kind of unacceptable...maybe "Hey, we do apologize for the wait, here is a $10 gift card", "would you want an additional taco?", "grab a drink, on us". Would be nice. But anyway, got my tacos, and there was no sour cream on them....not worth it at this point. Good news, everything was fresh and warm. But if I were the manager, I would have a talk with the team about this. Anyway, I hate to do 2 stars but I had to. Kind of unacceptable to wait 30 minutes on fast food and 3 tacos.

  If you are getting anything more than a baja blast from this taco bell forget it and even that may be too much to ask like today it was. multiple times including this order today they have messed up entirely or completely forgotten items (asking for extra beef on a beef Crunchwrap and receiving no beef on multiple occasions for one example) today out my $25 order they forgot a chicken quesadilla a soft taco and a beefy 5 layer burrito and two straws while in drive thru, went inside staff added missing items and went home to eat I think maybe one table spoon of beef total for 3 burritos and 2 soft tacos we ate all were so full of accessory items without meat we didn’t even want to eat them. Tried multiple times with this taco bell today has to be the last time the owner of this location has multiple reports of not ordering enough product in these reviews I guess they are rationing beef and other meats now.
