- MSM SJan 16, 20261.0I have tried to call this business for the past four days. They never answer their phone so if you want to order a birthday cake don’t use this business. They don’t have a voicemail because it’s full so I guess I’ll drive to Plainfield or Avon and buy the birthday cake. Dairy Queen relations rep replied and said they were so sorry about my experience. Please give them another chance so I picked up the phone and called they still don’t answer the phone. Their voicemail is full. It’s ridiculous. How does anybody get a birthday cake from them because if you want it decorated, you need to call ahead of time or order online and you can’t do either at Danville. Who has time to run to the Dairy Queen two or three times. Pass on this business.

Wouldn’t give me a lid 3. The actual container was cracked and ice cream spilled everywhere in my car. GARBAGE
