WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. LISTEN WE ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING INDIVIDUALS AND ATTEMPT TO GIVE PEOPLE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT THIS WAS UNEXCEPTABLE. Here’s the story we recently visited your store and we went up to the window (an hour and a half before closing mind you) and a mom and her child had just recently got their blizzard (LIKE TWO SECONDS AGO) and we go up there and she very rudely says that the front window is closed, AND TO GO THRU THE DRIVETHRU and we go ok we will go get our car. She heard us and said okay. We come back like 2 seconds later in our car, and we go to the order window. A lady takes 7 billion hours to answer, and goes (very rudely) the ice cream machines are closed for cleaning. And we are like oh great!, we aren’t getting ice cream. Can we get something not ice cream? And she yells THE REGISTER IS CLOSED. Like geez Louise get a grip, we are joyous, these girls were so terrible. I don’t know who hired them. So we leave and get slurpees because we still need a sweet treat. Then we drive past the DQ on the way home, PEOPLE WERE STILL GETTING ICE CREAM THE WORKER WAS OUTSIDE EATING FRESH ICE CREAM. ARE WE SERIOUS DAIRY QUEEN….. ADDITIONALLY I DONT WANT TO HEAR A SORRY I WANT SERIOUS CHANGES MADE. I WOULD LIKE YOU TO LOOK AT YOUR TEEN EMPLOYEES AND NOTICE THAT THEY ARE LOSING YOU MEGA CUSTOMERS. I UNDERSTAND THAT TEENS ARE NEW TO WORK, BUT THIS WASNT MAKING A MISTAKE THIS WAS BEING RUDE TO TWO WOMEN WHO JUST WANTED SOME SLUSHIES. I WANT CHANGES MADE.

I guess they just don’t wanna answer the drive-through or come to the window on free cone day… How convenient! Don’t advertise free cone day if you’re not gonna give out free cones

I ordered the pretzel sticks with queso and a mini blizzard. They didn't turn the blizzard over and they had to put the mini cup in a bigger cup because it was over flowing/melting - no big deal, but just a heads up! Reading other reviews, it seems like a theme - getting handed an ice cream mess.

I have tried to call this business for the past four days. They never answer their phone so if you want to order a birthday cake don’t use this business. They don’t have a voicemail because it’s full so I guess I’ll drive to Plainfield or Avon and buy the birthday cake. Dairy Queen relations rep replied and said they were so sorry about my experience. Please give them another chance so I picked up the phone and called they still don’t answer the phone. Their voicemail is full. It’s ridiculous. How does anybody get a birthday cake from them because if you want it decorated, you need to call ahead of time or order online and you can’t do either at Danville. Who has time to run to the Dairy Queen two or three times. Pass on this business.
