  We placed a mobile order for 2 soft drinks, a chocolate milk, and a large mcshaker fry. When we got there, there was 1 car at each speaker. We waited 10 mins before the line moved. Then we waited another 7 minutes before getting our order taken on the speaker. Then we waited ANOTHER 10 mins just to get to the window. The young man that was working tonight was doing EVERYTHING on his own while the 2 girls in the background stood around on their phones. He looked like he was about to break down in tears. This used to be one of the best McDonald’s around. I don’t know what happened, but do better. 1 man show is not the way to run your establishment. Especially at the busiest times. He was amazing, kind and as efficient as he could be given the situation. DO BETTER OR CLOSE THE STORE

  Only person in line. 15 min to get 2 snack wraps and 10 piece nugget. Lazy workers out to smoke. Edit... came back to my truck across the street. Didn't even get what I ordered. Got ranch wraps instead of spicy original. The other guy in the restaurant was complaining his food was cold and he never got his drink (tea behind counter) lowered my review this place is a joke At least they put a half pound of napkins in my bag

  Ordered a Big Mac no cheese, no pickle and light Mac sauce. Drove to work which was 20 minutes away. I got off on the wrong exit on the highway which was the only reason I ended up in daleville. The sandwich had wayyyy too much Mac sauce. It also had cheese and pickle even though I said no cheese and no pickle. There was so much Mac sauce that I couldn’t eat it anyways. There was sauce on bottom and top and it was pouring off the sandwich. I didn’t want to drive back to get another sandwich because it was 20 minutes out of my way.
