The service is friendly though! They do tend to forget add on's often though. I do understand it's a stressful job, but, when they aren't busy, it shouldn't be an issue to remember to give someone the sauces they paid extra for. If I'm paying, I want what I order.

Why is it cold if we waited so long? I literally had to put together our sandwiches out of the bag because they were just thrown into the bag and not wrapped correctly. I called to complain and they told me to bring the food back and give it to them, pretty sure that is not food safe as I have worked in the food business for years. Overall horrible experience, the manager I talked to was rude and they did not want to fix the problem.
