I don't know what it is about this Wendy's but they are super inconsistent. One day the food will be great, then another it's over cooked and tough to eat. The service is friendly though!
They do tend to forget add on's often though. I do understand it's a stressful job, but, when they aren't busy, it shouldn't be an issue to remember to give someone the sauces they paid extra for. If I'm paying, I want what I order.

Just picked up our online order, had to wait about 15 minutes for it, but the food was all cold, not fresh, and put together very sloppily. Why is it cold if we waited so long? I literally had to put together our sandwiches out of the bag because they were just thrown into the bag and not wrapped correctly. I called to complain and they told me to bring the food back and give it to them, pretty sure that is not food safe as I have worked in the food business for years. Overall horrible experience, the manager I talked to was rude and they did not want to fix the problem.
