I proceed to wait a couple more minutes saying hello into the speak to no avail. I pull up to the first window and not a soul in sight. I pull up to the second window and I waited a couple minutes and once again nobody's there. So I had to go in and get my mobile order carry out instead of drive through because nobody would take my order from my mobile app. Update: The app said they was open until 11:00 but as I tried to walk up into the dining room to get my drive through order there's a sign on the door saying it closed at 10:00.

Not sure what was going on but when I got my food thought better eat it sooner to be warmer find it almost cold and had ketchup everywhere, I was very angry over that mess driving. Then here they come wanting to talk about it sends a link with a bunch of pick from drop downs, that does not comply with anything discussed here, true corporate BS.
