Should have read the reviews before coming here after an evening at Holiday World. Overall experience was terrible and yes this store is severely UNDERSTAFFED. Problem with that is, when we arrived (10 PM) we saw 2 of the workers I guess clocking out and leaving for the evening when there was 7 cars in the drive thru leaving what felt like either 1 or 2 people working there for the rest of the evening. The food was ok at best, nothing seemed "fresh" but also no lettuce on either of our sandwiches without being told there wouldn't be any. Fries were cold. Overall a terrible experience here.
My advice, get some more people here to help out with the drive thru as this and Denny's are the main 2 food options for the 2 Hotels in this area.

Literally every time we come through here, the food is great, but the wait is at least 30 minutes to even have your order taken. After today's wait of 45 minutes and being told to wait after I had ordered the four things we ordered (2 sets of 10 piece nuggets and two frosties) we were told to give them a moment with one (1 singular) car at their window. After being told about this places reputation, and my experiences, I am ept to believe what has been said. Work of getting more ppl or close your doors.
